Infibrity: The Technical Fabric for an Infinite Cycle

Infibrity is an innovative textile project created for the world of furniture and accessories.
It is a technical fabric designed to be recyclable, long-lasting, and suitable for products such as armchairs, seats, beach umbrellas, reusable bags, and other items intended for everyday use.
Infibrity represents the synthesis of industrial efficiency, real sustainability, and advanced research into the life cycle of materials.

Designed to Last:
The 3 Fundamental Qualities

Long-term performance

Designed to last: it withstands washing, abrasion, and wear — even in demanding environments.

Responsible sourcing

Infibrity incorporates fibres obtained from recovered materials, reducing the use of virgin resources.

Infinite technical cycle

The entire fibre can be recovered multiple times, keeping its original properties intact thanks to the patented technology.

Our Vision:
Beyond Recycling, Towards Regeneration

Changes in environmental awareness, scientific evidence on climate change, and imminent legislative developments are redefining the very concept of economy.
Assets once considered abundant or of little value — such as water or emissions — have now become critical resources to preserve and monitor.
In the textile sector, which is notoriously energy-intensive, energy has always been a central topic of discussion. The adoption of best practices has long enabled us to address this crucial challenge with awareness.

This is why we have moved in three directions:

  • installing photovoltaic systems to reduce the impact of electricity
  • introducing patented technologies that mitigate gas consumption in finishing processes
  • going beyond recycled fibres alone in favour of true fibre circularity
  • Infibrity’s exceptional head start on the theme of a circular textile economy is objectively measurable at an international level: there are currently no comparable concepts, even remotely.
Until now, textile recycling — and particularly fibre recovery — has generally been limited to reusing material in supply chains different from the original one, as the recovered product is always of lower quality.

Infibrity was therefore created with a systemic approach that embeds sustainability into every stage of the process: design, production, use, and end-of-life.

Our Patent: The Heart of the Technology

The strength of Infibrity lies in an innovative textile process — protected by patent — that enables true circularisation of a textile material.

Unlike traditional recycling systems, which degrade the fibre and confine it to marginal uses, Infibrity allows complete recovery of the fibre in its original length, even after use.

    Two factors make this possible:
    the stitch-bonding technique, which creates a structure that is easier to disassemble and recover;
the removal of finishes before treatment, enabling clean recycling with no residues.

The result is a material that can be regenerated several times while maintaining performance very close to virgin fibre.

This not only reduces environmental impact — it also restores value within the supply chain, opening new perspectives for technical and industrial textiles.

Real-world Applications: From Interiors to Industry

Infibrity is an extremely versatile textile material, designed to adapt to a wide range of uses both in furniture and in specialised sectors.
Its resistance to wear, washability, dimensional stability, and full recyclability make it suitable for products designed to last over time, even in high-stress environments:

    Interior and outdoor furniture

Used in the manufacture of armchairs, upholstered seating, and coverings for garden furniture or public spaces, thanks to its strength and resistance to weathering.

    Outdoor and leisure

Employed for beach and garden umbrellas, technical awnings, covers, and outdoor accessories — where a durable yet easily recyclable material is required.

    Reusable accessories

Suitable for the production of bags, reusable shoppers, and long-lasting promotional items, thanks to its customisation options, structural strength, and sustainability.

    Healthcare and care sectors

Thanks to its hygienic properties and ease of washing, Infibrity is also used for support bands, medical aids, and gowns.
